LEANDER CHURCH FOR THE USE OF MONUMENT AVENUE BETWEEN FIFTH AND SEVENTH STREETS, ON FRIDAY, JULY 26, 2002 THROUGH SUNDAY, JULY 28, 2002 FROM 5:00 P.M. TO 10:00 P.M. TO SET UP AND CONDUCT THE PARISH FESTIVAL BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. A Revocable Permit be issued to St. Leander Church for the use of Monument Avenue between Fifth and Seventh Streets from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 26, 2002 through July 28, 2002 to conduct the parish festival. SECTION 2. The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice. TO SET UP AND CONDUCT THE PARISH FESTIVAL ISSUE Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to St. Leander Church for the use of Monument Avenue between Fifth and Seventh Streets for the purpose of setting up and conducting their annual parish festival on Friday, July 26, 2002 through Sunday, July 28, 2002 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented. The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based upon the following findings: 1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage. 2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event. 3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street. BACKGROUND None FINANCIAL IMPACT None
