A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE PUEBLO CRIMESTOPPERS
FOR THE USE OF THE 100 BLOCK OF WEST B STREET FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL B STREET
BASH FROM 5:00 P.M. FRIDAY TO 1:00 A.M. SATURDAY
ON MAY 31, JUNE 7, JUNE 14, JUNE 21 AND JUNE 28, 2002
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
A Revocable Permit be issued to The Pueblo Crimestoppers for the use of the 100 Block
of West B Street from 5:00 p.m. Friday to 1:00 a.m. Saturday to conduct the annual `B Street
Bash ", a street party featuring music, dancing and refreshments. The event will be held five
Fridays: May 31, June 7, June 14, June 21 and June 28, 2002.
SECTION 2.
The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council
at anytime hereafter, without notice.

ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to The Pueblo Crimestoppers for the use
of the 100 Block of West B Street from 5:00 p.m. Friday to 1:00 a.m. Saturday to conduct
the 'B Street Bash ", a street party featuring music, dancing and refreshments. The dates
of the event will be held five Fridays: May 31, June 7, June 14, June 21 and June 28,
2002.
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee has met and reviewed all data presented. The
Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based upon the
following findings:
1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage.
2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event.
3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street.
