A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE OUTLAW ROD
AND CUSTOM CLUB FOR THE USE OF VICTORIA
AVENUE FROM "D" STREET TO GRAND AVENUE,
ELIZABETH STREET FROM 2 ND STREET TO
GREENWOOD STREET, GREENWOOD STREET
FROM VICTORIA AVENUE TO 2 ND STREET, AND
1 ST STREET FROM GRAND AVENUE TO
GREENWOOD STREET ON APRIL 27 AND 28, 2002
TO CONDUCT A CAR SHOW
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
A Revocable Permit be issued to the Outlaw Rod and Custom Club for the use of
Victoria Avenue from "D" Street to Grand Avenue, Elizabeth Street from 2 nd Street to
Greenwood Street, Greenwood Street from Victoria Avenue to 2 nd Street, and 1 St Street
from Grand Avenue to Greenwood Street on April 27 and 28, 2002 to conduct a car
show from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
SECTION 2.
The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City
Council at anytime hereafter, without notice.

CONDUCT A CAR SHOW
ISSUE
Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to the Outlaw Rod and Custom
Club for the use of Victoria Avenue from "D" Street to Grand Avenue, Elizabeth
Street from 2nd Street to Greenwood Street, Greenwood Street from Victoria
Avenue to 2nd Street, and 1 st Street from Grand Avenue to Greenwood Street
for the purpose of conducting a car show on April 27 and 28, 2002 between the
hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
RECOMMENDATION
The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented.
The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based
upon the following findings:
1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance
coverage.
2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event.
3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street.
