A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FOR REMODELING OF THE CITY HALL BASEMENT AND
FINANCE DEPARTMENT AREA
WHEREAS, The Third floor of City Hall has been restricted from use as an office
area; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to relocate offices from the third floor to the
basement, and to relocate offices from the basement to the first floor;
WHEREAS, to accommodate the increased number of staff in the new work
areas it is necessary to remodel the areas at a cost of $145,000; and
WHEREAS, these funds are available to be transferred from other projects and
accounts.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that
SECTION 1.
The City Council hereby authorizes the transfer of funds from other unused
project funds for the completion of the remodeling of the City Hall basement and the
Finance Department area.
SECTION 2.
Funds for this project are authorized as follows: $43,423 from project CP0109
(City Hall air conditioning); $23,880 from project CP0099 (2000 TBD); $1,529 from
project CP9999 (1999 TBD); and $76,168 from unappropriated general fund balances.
Funds for this project will be expended from account 401 - 0000 - 600.70 -10 Project
C P0135.
