FRIDAY, AUGUST 17, 2001 TO 2:00 A.M. SATURDAY, AUGUST 18, 2001 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL STOMP -ON BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: SECTION 1. The Revocable Permit be issued to the Rosemount Victorian Museum Auxiliary for the use of the 400 Blocks of West 14`' and 15` Streets from 5:00 p.m. August 17, 2001 to 2:00 a.m. August 18, 2001 to hold the annual Stomp -On. SECTION 2. The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented. The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based upon the following findings: 1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage. 2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event. 3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street. BACKGROUND None FINANCIAL IMPACT None
