TO 10:00 P.M. ON SUNDAY, JULY 15, 2001 FOR A PARISH FESTIVAL BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that: QFCTION 1 A Revocable Permit be issued to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church for the use of the 400 Block of Clark Street from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 15, 2001 to hold their annual parish festival. SECTION 2. The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice. INTRODUCED: June 11, 2001 ATTESTED 12 1 07 . ....,« Background Paper for Proposed RE SOLUTION AGENDA ITEM # 3 DATE: JUNE 11, 2001 DEPARTMENT: LICENSE DIVISION TITLE OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL CHURCH PARISH FESTIVAL - JULY 15, 2001 ISSUE Should City Council issue a Revocable Permit to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church for the use of the 400 Block of Clark Street for the purpose of conducting their annual parish festival on July 15, 2001 from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m. RECOMMENDATION The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented. The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based upon the following findings: 1. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage. 2. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event. 3. The applicant has agreed to use proper barricades to close the street. BACKGROUND None FINANCIAL IMPACT None
