BETWEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO AND PUEBLO COUNTY AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF SAME BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
ISSUE
Request approval of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pueblo and

replacements to City residents' participating in the Rehabilitation Program funded
through CDBG and HOME Federal funds.
RECOMMENDATION

Weatherization staff will provide labor and materials. The savings per unit will average
$2,500. At present, bids being received from the private sector are $4,500 - $6,000 for
furnace replacements /installations.
