HomeMy WebLinkAbout09239RESOLUTION NO. 9239 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE ELKS LODGE FOR THE USE OF GREENWOOD STREET FROM FIRST STREET TO VICTORIA AVENUE AND VICTORIA AVENUE FROM GREENWOOD STREET TO "D" STREET ON APRIL 28, 2001 AND MAY 5, 2001 TO CONDUCT A CAR SHOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO that: SECTION 1. A Revocable Permit be issued to the Elks Lodge for the use of Greenwood Street from First Street to Victoria Avenue and Victoria Avenue from Greenwood Street to "D" Street on April 28, 2001 and May 5, 2001 from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a car show. SECTION 2 The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice. The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based upon the following findings: I. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage. II. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event. BACKGROUND None FINANCIAL IMPACT None
