HomeMy WebLinkAbout09234RESOLUTION NO. 9234 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO AND THE PUEBLO ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2002 WHEREAS, the City of Pueblo and the Pueblo Association of Government Employees are parties to a collective bargaining agreement with a term beginning January 1, 2000 and ending December 31, 2000; and WHEREAS, that Agreement provides in Article 33 that the term of the Agreement may be extended through 2001 and 2002, and WHEREAS, City Council has previously extended the term of the contract through December 31, 2001; that: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, SECTION 1: The term of the current collective bargaining agreement by and between the City of Pueblo and the Pueblo Association of Government Employees is hereby extended through December 31, 2002 on the same terms and conditions contained therein, provided that wages beginning January 1, 2002 shall be as set forth in Article 15 of the Agreement.
