PUMPHREY TO CONSTRUCT A TEMPORARY STAIRCASE AT 101 -103 SOUTH MAIN STREET THAT WILL BE USED AS A REAR EXIT FOR THE SPOOK HOUSE TO BE HELD FROM OCTOBER 11, 2000 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 2000 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO that: SECTION 1. A Revocable Permit be issued to Paul J. Pumphrey to construct a temporary staircase that will be located at the double doors at the rear of the building bordering on the HARP sidewalk to provide a rear exit for the Spook House to be held from October 11, 2000 - October 31,2000. SECTION 2. The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice. Pumphrey for the use of the HARP sidewalk bordering the building at 101- 103 South Main Street for the construction of a temporary staircase to provide a rear exit for the Spook House to be held from October 11, 2000 through October 31, 2000. B. Recommendation The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented. The Committee recommends that the City Council approve the request based upon the following findings. II. Findings A. The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage. B. The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the event. RE I I
