The City Council expresses its strong opposition to Amendment 24, otherwise known as "Citizen Management of Growth," and the City Council urges its citizens to register to vote and become thoroughly educated on the issues surrounding Amendment 24, the "Citizen Management of Growth." SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective upon final passage. ATTEST: City C116 INTRODUCED: September 11, 2000 By Robert Schilling Councilperson AV President of the City Council 2
