A RESOLUTION APPROVING MOVING
COSTS, UTILITIES, AND FURNISHING NINE
(9) NEW OFFICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AT THE NEW COUNTY OWNED
BUILDING LOCATED AT 2631 E FOURTH (4
STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution Number 8986 approved on April 24,
2000, an Intergovernmental Agreement with Pueblo County to co- locate the City Housing
Department in a new county owned building located at 2631 E. 4 and
WHEREAS, the City under the agreement will have certain costs that will be
required to be budgeted and is agreeable to share some of the costs for furnishing
common area conference and training rooms; and
WHEREAS, a total of nine (9) new offices will need to be furnished with office
furniture for the present department staff including costs of phones, internet connections,
and utility pro -rated share of office costs.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO,
COLORADO, that:
Section 1.
A. The fiscal year 2000 budget for the Department of Housing is amended as

This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon final passage and approval.
