A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO
OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL CATHOLIC CHURCH FOR THE USE OF THE 400
BLOCK OF CLARK STREET JULY 15, 2000 FROM 4:00 P.M. TO 10:00 P.M. AND
JULY 16, 2000 FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M. FOR THE ANNUAL FESTIVAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO that:
SECTION 1.
A Revocable Permit be issued to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church for
the use of the 400 Block of Clark Street July 15, 2000 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and
July 16, 2000 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to hold the annual church festival.

The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City
Council at anytime hereafter, without notice.

I. Summary
A. Issue
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church is holding a parish Festival and is
requesting a Revocable Permit for the use of the 400 Block of Clark Street
July 15, 2000 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 p.m. and July 16, 2000 from 10:00 a.m. to
10:00 P.M.
B: Recommendation
The Revocable Permit Review Committee reviewed the data presented. The
Committee recommends that City Council approve the request based upon the
following findings.
II. Finding s
The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance
coverage.
The applicant has agreed to clean up any debris resulting from the community
gathering at the described location and in areas immediately adjacent
thereto.
