AU4 Blitz Hanger Lew: We are sorry to bring up the Blitz Hanger again, but the Architect's fee (about 3 %) was never included in the Resolution No. 8772. The $1,213,741 in the Resolution was for construction costs only. Most of the Architect's fee was paid from this Construction account, thus shorting the General Contractor (GMG, Inc.) by $33,309. We are requesting a Resolution from the City Council for $ 34,835.00 to final out the project for both Architectural and General Contractor costs.
