RECOMMENDATION Approval of the Resolution. BACKGROUND In 1994 the top layer of plastic filter media in the High Rate Trickling Filter at the City's wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) was damaged by a hail storm. The WWTP will make the necessary operational changes and the contractor is to proceed with the removal of the top layer of media by September 27, 1999. The project is expected to take approximately two (2) weeks. FINANCIAL The project will be financed by the Sewer Users Fee Fund. The project will be funded from Account Number 014 - 0400 - 441 - 000 - 040 -1542. I P IIJlfsC°olL
