Galli Assistant City Manager Donald J. Saling Assistant City Manager The City of Pueblo has considered the Union Avenue Merchants' request to utilize the Weisbrod Parking Structure for their three (3) planned street dances for 1999. The City administration has no objections to your request as long as you meet the following requirements: 1) you obtain a revocable permit approved by City Council, 2) the Parking Structure is cleaned of all debris at the conclusion of the dance and 3) the Union Avenue Merchants obtain the necessary licensees. You will need to coordinate with Mr. Dan Centa, Director of Transportation (545 -5840) all the particulars for the event, i.e. time of closure of the structure to the general public, placement of portable restrooms, etc. It should be brought to your attention that the Transit Center is open and operating until 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Donald J. Saling Assistant City Manager c: Dan Centa, Director of Transportation Consumer Information Capital of the World (1- 888- 8PUEBLO)
