HomeMy WebLinkAbout8518RESOLUTION NO. 8518 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO THE PUEBLO DOWNTOWN ASSOCIATION TO PLACE PLANTERS AND TRASH RECEPTACLES ON DOWNTOWN AREA SIDEWALKS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO that: SECTION 1 A Revocable Permit be issued to the Pueblo Downtown Association for the purpose of placing planters and trash receptacles on the sidewalks in the downtown area between First Street and Tenth Street, and between Albany Street and Greenwood Street. SECTION 2 The Revocable Permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter, without notice. L%% & Should City Council approve a Revocable Permit to the Pueblo Downtown Association allowing the placement of planters and trash receptacles on the sidewalks in the downtown area between First Street and Tenth Street, and between Albany Street and Greenwood Street. B. Recommendation The Revocable Permit Review Committee met and reviewed all data presented. The Committee voted to recommend City Council approve the request, based on the findings of the Committee. II. FINDINGS The applicant has provided the required general public liability insurance coverage. The applicant has agreed to maintain the planters and trash receptacles. The applicant has agreed that the placement of the planters and trash receptacles is subject to approval of the Public Works Department. 91 LN,
