HomeMy WebLinkAbout8373 7'5 RESOLUTION NO. 8373 • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF • REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY ALONG RED CREEK SPRING ROAD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. A revocable permit be issued to C & O Window & Door Co., Inc. in conformance with his application dated March 3, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference to install landscaping in the public right -of -way abutting 1103 Pueblo Boulevard Way, Pueblo, Colorado, legally described as Lot 1, Block 103, Regency Park Business Center, Filing No. 2, located in the City of Pueblo, Pueblo County, Colorado. Said landscaping shall be install and maintained in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the designated Review Agency, pursuant to Section 17 -4 -7 of the Pueblo Code of Ordinances. SECTION 2. The revocable permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime hereafter without notice.
