RESOLUTION NO. 8373
• RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
• REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING IN THE PUBLIC
RIGHT -OF -WAY ALONG RED CREEK SPRING ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that:
SECTION 1.
A revocable permit be issued to C & O Window & Door Co., Inc. in conformance
with his application dated March 3, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference to install landscaping in the public right -of -way abutting 1103 Pueblo
Boulevard Way, Pueblo, Colorado, legally described as Lot 1, Block 103, Regency Park
Business Center, Filing No. 2, located in the City of Pueblo, Pueblo County, Colorado.
Said landscaping shall be install and maintained in accordance with plans and
specifications approved by the designated Review Agency, pursuant to Section 17 -4 -7 of the
Pueblo Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 2.
The revocable permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City
Council at anytime hereafter without notice.

Dear Council Members:
Application under the 1971 City of Pueblo Code 517 -4 -7 is
hereby made for a revocable permit for use of the public
right -of -way along (Street) C'. -ee,F S,o..�s �Qo4a/
abutting the herein described property to 'satitty all or part
of the Landscape Performance Standards of the Pueblo Code.

(3) The Owner, for himself, his heirs, his representatives
and assigns, agrees to accept full financial responsibility
for all costs for the movement, replacement, and relocation
of the landscaping thereon should such permit be revoked
by the City. In the event that the permit is revoked, the
Landscape Performance Standards shall be fully met upon the
subject property.
(4) It is fully acknowledged that a revocable permit, if granted,
may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at any
time thereafter without notice or hearing.
