RESOLUTION NO. 8332
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A QUIT CLAIM DEED
CONVEYING REAL PROPERTY TO THE URBAN
RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF PUEBLO, COLORADO AND
AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE CITY
COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME
WHEREAS, City owns real property near the Pueblo Convention Center which is surplus
to the City needs, and
WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Authority of Pueblo, Colorado has requested that such real
property be transferred to it for public parking purposes associated with the Pueblo Convention
Center, NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Quit Claim Deed dated February 9, 1998 conveying real property to the Urban Renewal
Authority of Pueblo, Colorado, a copy of which is attached hereto, having been approved as to form
by the City Attorney, is hereby approved. The President of the City Council is authorized to execute
and deliver the Quit Claim Deed in the name of the City and the City Clerk is directed and
authorized to affix the seal of the City thereto and attest same.

WITNESS, That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars And Other

the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold and QUITCLAIMED, and by these presents does remise,
release, sell and QUITCLAIM unto the grantee, its successors and assignxXa} x all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the grantor

The North one -half of Lot 11 and all of Lots 12, 13 and 14,

The real property is conveyed to grantee so long as the real
property is used for public parking purposes associated with
the Pueblo Convention Center. If the real property is not used
for public parking purposes associated with the Pueblo Convention
Center or is used for any other purpose, title to the real
property shall automatically revert to grantor.
