HomeMy WebLinkAbout8264RESOLUTION NO. 8264 • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF • REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY ALONG RED CREEK SPRINGS ROAD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: SECTION 1. A revocable permit be issued to Dillon Real Estate Co., Inc. in conformance with their application dated October 23, 1997, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference to install landscaping in the public right -of -way abutting 1104 Pueblo Boulevard Way, Pueblo, Colorado, legally described as Lot 1 and the North 68 feet of Lot 2, Block 102, Regency Park Business Center Filing No. 2, as recorded in Book 2751 at Page 740, located in the City of Pueblo, Pueblo County, Colorado. Said landscaping shall be install and maintained in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the designated Review Agency, pursuant to Section 17 -4 -7 of the Pueblo Code of Ordinances. SECTION 2. The revocable permit, hereby granted, may be revoked by resolution of the City Council at anytime, hereafter without notice. In the event that the permit is revoked, the Landscape Performance Standards shall be fully met upon the subject property.
