A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE OF THE CITY OF PUEBLO AS THE CITY
COUNCIL'S DESIGNEE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING
TO THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF PUEBLO THE
FISCAL INFORMATION THAT MUST BE INCLUDED IN
THE BALLOT ISSUE NOTICE RELATING TO REFERRED
ORDINANCE NO, 6212
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to the provisions of §1 -7 -902 C.R.S., the Director of Finance of the City of Pueblo
is hereby designated as the City Council's designee responsible for providing to the City Clerk of
the City of Pueblo the fiscal information that must be included in the ballot issue notice relating to
referred Ordinance No. 6212.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage.
