RESOLUTION NO. 8082 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF EASEMENTS TO PORTAL DRIVE ASSOCIATES, L.L.C. AS OWNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, NORTH PUEBLO COMMERCIAL PARK FILING NO. 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: Section 1. The attached release of easements between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and Portal Drive Associates, L.L.C., having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved. Section 2. The president of the City Council is hereby authorized and directed to execute such Release on behalf of the City of Pueblo. The City Clerk is directed to attest same and affix the seal of the City thereto. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage and approval. RELEASE OF EASEMENTS This release of easements is made on March 24 , 1997, by Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (City), whose legal address is One City Hall Place, Pueblo, Colorado 81003, to Portal Drive Associates, L.L.C., a Texas Limited Liability Company (Owner). WHEREAS, the Owner is the developer and owner of the property known as Lot 1, Block 1, North Pueblo Commercial Park Filing No. 4 according to the recorded plat thereof; and WHEREAS, the City is the Grantee of easements for public sanitary sewer recorded in Book 1799, Page 867 and Book 1799, Page 875 of the records of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder (the "Easement "); and WHEREAS, the Owner has granted to the City alternate easements for such purposes; and WHEREAS, the City and Owner desire to relocate such easements around a portion of Lot 1, Block 1, North Pueblo Commercial Park Filing No. 4 subdivision.
