HomeMy WebLinkAbout8063RESOLUTION NO. 8063 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WARRANTY DEED FROM VERNON E. PROCTOR AND JOAN W. PROCTOR FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES WHEREAS, Vernon E. Proctor And Joan W. Proctor, on February 24, 1997, granted a warranty deed to the City of Pueblo; and WHEREAS, such Deed is necessary to construct curb and gutter and paving on Red Creek springs Road, and has been approved as to form by the City Attorney; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF PUEBLO, COLORADO, that: • • M The Warranty Deed granted by Vernon E. Proctor And Joan W. Proctor, dated February 24, 1997, which Deed is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby approved and accepted. The City Clerk is directed to record said Warranty Deed and a certified copy of this Resolution in the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder.
