A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. NINE TO CONTRACT DATED
FEBRUARY 24, 1992, AND TO AMENDMENT NO. SIX DATED FEBRUARY 27,
1995, BETWEEN THE CITY OF PUEBLO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND
ISBILL ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATING TO FEDERAL GRANT AIP PROJECT NO.
3 08 0046 13 FOR THE DESIGN OF THE TAXIWAY "K" EXTENSION AT THE
PUEBLO MEMORIAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE
CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME
WHEREAS, the City of Pueblo, A Municipal Corporation, and Isbill Associates, Inc.
entered into a Contract on February 24, 1992, and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. Six to the Contract was approved under Resolution No.
7569 on February 17, 1995, and
WHEREAS, both parties wish to amend the Contract and Amendment No. Six for
engineering services relating to improvements at the Pueblo Memorial Airport,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, COLORADO THAT:
SECTION 1
A certain Amendment No. Nine to the Contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
part thereof by reference, after having been approved as to form by the City Attorney, by and
between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, and Isbill Associates, Inc., relating to the
design of the Taxiway "K" extension at the Pueblo Memorial Airport, is hereby approved,
subject to the conditions as set forth in said Contract.
SECTION 2
The President of the City Council is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment No. Nine
to the Contract on behalf of Pueblo, A Municipal Corporation, and the City Clerk shall affix the
Seal of the City thereto and attest the same.

AMENDMENT NO. NINE TO CONTRACT
DATED FEBRUARY 24, 1992
AND AMENDMENT NO. SIX DATED FEBRUARY 27, 1995
BETWEEN
ISBILL ASSOCIATES, INC.
AND
CITY OF PUEBLO, COLORADO
The Sponsor and the Engineer agree to amend their Contract dated February 24, 1992 and
Amendment No. Six dated February 27, 1995 for improvements to Pueblo Memorial Airport,
Pueblo, Colorado to revise the fees for engineering services as defined in said Amendment No.
Six. The items covered by this amendment are to modify the items identified in Amendment
No. Six as follows:
Under Part A - Basic Services, delete the last sentence of the last paragraph of Item No. 3,
Method of Payment and substitute the following: "The remaining ten percent (10 11 /6) to be paid
upon completion of the contract documents, specifications and plans for said improvements as
outlined in Amendment No. Six and after all documents are submitted to, and accepted by, the
Sponsor."
Under Part B - Special Services (Soils and Pavement Investigations /Topographic Surveys) make
the following changes:
The maximum estimated SPECIAL SERVICES engineering is as follows:
SOILS AND PAVEMENT INVESTIGATIONS (FOR DESIGN)
Item No. 3 Decrease by $4,790.00 ...................... Maximum of $11,910.00
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS (FOR DESIGN)
Item No. 3 Increase by $4,790.00 ....................... Maximum of $26,955.00

All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in effect.
