RESOLUTION NO. 7853
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A QUIT CLAIM DEED
CONVEYING REAL PROPERTY TO ED ROBINSON &
ASSOCIATES, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT
OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE SAME
WHEREAS, Ed Robinson & Associates, Inc. is replatting a portion of Parcel D, Block 2, El
Camino Subdivision, Fourth Filing (the "Parcel D ") as part of El Camino Estates, Filing No. 2 (the
"Subdivision "), and
WHEREAS, Parcel D is excess to the City's needs, no longer needed for public purposes, and
the use of Parcel D as proposed in the Subdivision would be in the best interest of the City.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO, that:
SECTION 1.
The Quit Claim Deed conveying a portion of Parcel D, Block 2, in El Camino Subdivision,
Fourth Filing to Ed Robinson & Associates, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, having been
approved as to form by the City Attorney, is hereby approved. The President of the City Council
is authorized to execute and deliver the Quit Claim Deed in the name of the City and the City Clerk
is directed to attest the same and affix the seal of the City thereto.
SECTION 2.
This es tion shall become effective upon final passage.

A portion of Parcel "D ", Block 2 in E1 Camino Subdivision, Fourth
Filing, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record
July 18, 1977 and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Easternmost corner of said Parcel "D "; thence
N.88 0 43 1 25 "W., along the South line of said Parcel "D ", a distance
of 259.92 feet to the corner common with Lot 26, Block 2 in said
Fourth Filing; thence N.46 0 22 1 02 "E., along the Southeasterly line
and that line extended of said Lot 26, a distance of 168.57 feet to
the Northeasterly line of said Parcel "D "; thence S.48 °27 "E.,
