A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE CORNER OF CENTRAL MAIN STREET AND ELIZABETH STREET FOR
DEVELOPMENT OF THE HISTORIC ARKANSAS RIVERWALK PROJECT
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the property located at the
corner of Central Main Street and Elizabeth Street is necessary for
the redirection of Elizabeth Street in conjunction with the
Historic Arkansas Riverwalk Project; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Pueblo City Council to
acquire said property for this purpose:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PUEBLO,
COLORADO, THAT:
SECTION 1
The acquisition of the property located at the corner of
Central Main Street and Elizabeth Street, more commonly known as;
All the real property owned by Seller in Block 4, Central Pueblo,
including without limitation: Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and the
Southwesterly 5 -1/2 feet of Lot 7, Block 4, Central Pueblo, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2
Funds in the amount of $250,000 will be disbursed from
proceeds from the sale of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk Project
Bonds in the year 1996.

ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND SECURITY DEPOSITS
THIS ASSIGNMENT is made this 16th day of January, 1996, by John J. Trapp aka John
Trapp, herein referred to as the "Assignor ", and Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to
as "Assignee ".
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, Assignor hereby assigns and quit claims unto Assignee, all right, title and interest
in and to any and all leases and security deposits pertaining to property described as: 108 -118
Central Main Street, Pueblo, Colorado (the "Property "), including but not limited to the leases and
security deposits described in the attached Exhibits A, B and C (the "Exhibits ").
Assignor represents and warrants that the lease information contained in the attached Exhibits
is true and correct and accurately describes all leases of the Property, that all leases described in the
Exhibits are terminable upon thirty days notice, and that no person or entity has possessory or
leasehold interest in the Property except as described in the attached Exhibits.
Assignor further represents and warrants that all terms and conditions of said leases described
in the attached Exhibits are currently in full force and effect and Assignee shall be entitled to all
future profits, increments and benefits of said leases.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Assignor has hereunto set his hand and seal this
